Ron and I met through my sister, my best friend; so Ron was a friend of a friend.  Ron kept his distance at first because I still lived in Minnesota.  A year or so after our first meeting I moved to Georgia.  We met randomly at events but still kept our distance.  Then one day I wanted a friend to go out with and couldn’t find any available female friends so I texted Ron and he accepted.  After this, we started hanging out almost every weekend.  One thing led to another and we went on our first date!  We then became exclusive.  We had a few bumps in the road and went our separate ways for a little while; however still keeping in touch this entire time.  I believe this time apart made us stronger.  Once hockey season started we got even closer because of our mutual love for hockey, thus becoming a couple once again.  We then realized how much we missed each other and how much we love each other.  After Ron bought the house in 2011 we decided that it would be a good idea for me to move in with him, which I did.  This allowed us to become emotionally attached.  I suppose Ron then decided that our next step in life should be to get married and start a family.  And ta dah, here we go!  Our adventure will continue and I couldn’t be more excited about it.

 Our ceremony will be traditional and elegant, a real life fairytale wedding. It is only a matter of time until I take those first steps down the aisle in my wedding dress to become Mrs. Ronald Menick, Jr! This will be an event to remember and we can't wait to share it with all of you!

Our reception will be fun & fabulous! Please join us and celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Menick! There will be dining, drinks, dancing, and good times for all! Our wedding reception will immediately follow our ceremony.
