Cherie Breault & Autry Liverman
Location: Walker's Landing, Amelia Island FL
Our journey began as friends and neighbors six years ago. Then, a little over 4 years ago the adventures began when we started dating. During this time we have enjoyed riding motorcycles and segways, kayaking, snorkeling, and horseback riding together. We also loved the memories we have created camping, traveling, and spending time with you, our friends and family, the ones we love. From the moment we began meeting each others family members and loved ones for the first time we felt a sense of belonging. We treasure slowly building relationships with you that we cherish and hold dear to our hearts.
A little over a year ago, Autry got down on one knee. He said that he could not picture his life without me, and that he was praying everyday for the Lord to show him how to make me happy. With tears in my eyes and joy in my heart I accepted his proposal. We both agreed that the Lord would need to be the center of our lives together.
During this time of getting to know each other and bonding we have had both ups and downs. At times the journey has been rocky, but the Lord has been our Rock. We continue to lean on, look to, and cling to Him. He has brought us each out the darkness of our pasts, and into his marvelous light. He has always been with us through the pain, loss and difficult times we have both had in our lives. He has been both our joy and our suffering. Through it all, we know and grow in Him. We know that that the Lord has brought us together. We have witnessed the Lord's hand at work in our lives, and we know and trust His leading for our future.
Through much prayer, it is with great joy that we are announcing the plans of our upcoming wedding. It has meant so much to us to have the love and support of all of you, the church, our brothers and sisters in Christ, our friends, our family, and all of the people we love. We look forward to this new beginning and continuing our journey together as one. We are looking forward to being able to share this truly special day together with each and every one of you.
For those who are wanting to share something at our wedding, the Wedding Focus/ theme is “Oneness & Newness” for the ceremony, & “Feasting, eating and drinking our Lord” for the Lord’s Table during the reception. Here are a few scripture references on Newness & “Oneness” that we will be using. If you would like to spend any time before the Lord on these, feel free; Eph. 5: 22-33, Matt. 19:4-6, Mark 10:6-9, Eccl. 4:9-12, Isaiah 43:16-21, and Gen. 2:20b-25. However, do not be bound by these scriptures, for either topic, feel free to use anything that the Lord puts in and on your hearts.
In light of the fact that we both love God's creation, nature, & the beautiful outdoors, we have decided to hold our ceremony and reception in a simple, yet elegant venue which is nestled among old oak trees, overlooking stunning marshlands. Our wedding will be taking place at Walker's Landing, Amelia Island Plantation, 6800 First Coast Highway, Amelia Island, FL 32034. The resort is a located along North Florida's coastline, a scenic 40-45 drive from Jacksonville, FL. While we are not getting married in a church building, we are getting married in and amongst our Lord & His people, the body of Christ, which IS the Church. We are inviting and requesting that everyone who has the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ in his or her heart, to share with us & everyone present, of the riches that He has placed inside of you in our marriage ceremony. The theme is "Oneness". We will soon be posting "a special message from the both of us" which will contain an assignment with scripture references & passages from which you can use as a springboard to bring something to share of our Lord. If there is a church or individual who regretfully cannot be present & who wishes to share something, we welcome you sending anything you wish to be read or declared in the care of someone else, or to us directly, & will will ask for someone to share it for you. Our prayer is that everyone present will see the Lord & His Church (His Beloved Bride), & receive an outpouring from the Lord's hand, experiencing His presence, and feeling His love like never before, because we have all chosen to be a part of this sacred & holy event.

For those of you who will be arriving on Thursday morning or afternoon, we are joyfully anticipating the biggest and best gathering of friends and family in history for our tradtional Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner which will be held at Autry's home @3 p.m.
Thursday evening after dinner we will be having a wecome fire, where we will be roasting marshmellows, making s'mores, and enjoying one another's company.

Friday - 11/26
We would like to know what you would like to do? Are you interested in shopping or sight seeing in Jacksonville or St. Augustine , or having an adventure in the surrounding area? Would you enjoy horseback riding, kayaking, or riding segways? Maybe you want to get your makeup and hair done, visit a spa, or just relax on the beach, you tell us, and we'll do our best to make it happen. We are waiting to find out if the venue will be available to us to decorate and have a small rehersal late Friday afternoon. This information will be given to us on November 17th, at which time we will update the website.

Saturday - 11/27
If the venue is not available to decorate on Friday, the soonest will be able to get the keys is at 6 a.m. on Saturday. We will be needing as many creative minds as possible, and maybe some muscle as well, to setup and decorate before the wedding. We have rented a beautiful home on the property, for the wedding party and anyone else who may need to, to get ready before the wedding, and for our small initial honeymoon afterwards.
Now as husband & wife we are inviting everyone that we know and love to come and celebrate with us. It will be a celebration filled with joy & thanksgiving for the love of our Lord and the love He has given us for each other. We have chosen an island theme for the reception, for we both love the beach, and the islands will be the destination of our honeymoon. We will be taking the Lord' table and we will celebrate with feasting, dancing, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Post - Reception Activities -

Saturday - 11/27
Saturday evening Jacksonville will be hosting it's Annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Boat Parade and spectacular waterfall fireworks extravaganza. This very popular, one of a kind, free event is not to be missed. For anyone who is interested in going, we will be caravaning to the Jacksonville Landing shortly after the reception.

Sunday - 11/28
Paintball anyone? All's fair in love and war! We have made reservations for the morning session from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and have coupons for complimentary admission for 10 people at GTF Paintball in nearby Yulee, FL. Please let us know if you want to take part in this activity. After the battle, we will be hosting a pool party and potluck cookout early Sunday afternoon at the rental home located at 45 Beachwood Drive in Amelia Island Plantation. Please let us know what you want to bring to the party. Late Sunday afternoon/early evening we will be saying goodbye to everyone who has helped to make this 4 day event one we will treasure for a lifetime.
We especially chose Thanksgiving time because it is a 4 day weekend and the majority of you will not have to take off work to be here. We also wanted to spend as much time as possible with all of you, both before and after the wedding. We consider your presence both an honor and a privilege. We deeply appreciate the sacrifice you are making of both your time and your finances in order to be here for us. For those of you who will be flying in from out of state or out of the country, we have typically found that traveling on sometime Thursday is the most cost effective. Most airlines fly into Jacksonville airport which is located 20-25 minutes from our neighborhood. The weather in late November is typically high 60's or low 70's during the day and mid-high 50's in the evening. If you are flying in, we recommend renting a car. We are anticipating housing as many of you as possible in our homes. For those who are planning on staying with us, please call us to organize and confirm housing arrangements. We recommend the following hotels to our other guests;
