Jungle River Tubing
Our adventure will begin when we board our tube at the water's edge. As we navigate the rushing rapids of the river, their attentive and knowledgeable local guides will show us the ropes and introduce us to a seldom-seen Jamaica. Along the way, we'll be on the lookout for a glimpse of some of the many exotic, indigenous jungle animals that make their home in this luscious tropical habitat. Zipline and River Tubing
We'll enjoy an absolutely one-of-a-kind experience of nature as we soar like a bird, at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour, hundreds of feet above the earth on secure ziplines. We will indulge ourselves in a truly unparalleled experience as we take off on an adventure that has us flying through the trees, high above the tropical landscape, using an intricate system of harnesses, pulleys and carabiners on horizontal traverses. We'll ride by towering Great Houses and massive sugar factory ruins that date back nearly 500 years. Our private guide will trot alongside us as our ride through wooded areas, where the ancient Taino Indian tribe used to hunt for food long before Columbus first arrived on the island and claimed it for the Spanish Crown. We'll witness archaeological excavations intended to uncover the deep-rooted history of this area. Then we'll strip down to our bathing suits and get ready for an exhilarating dash through the waves on horseback, as we plunge into the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The perfect ending to our perfect day will have us sipping on sparkling wine while indulging in a local favorite, Jamaican jerked chicken served by their own private guide.
